With over 25 years of experience, Tasha’s professional career has been inclusive of working in nonprofit and other human services industries. She has provided leadership, guidance, and training to organizations who provide quality services to various populations such as intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, behavioral health, children and adolescents, senior citizens, and veterans.
Joining the Ardmore Team in 2000, her positions have included serving as Behavior Specialist, Director of Day and Employment Services, and currently, as Director of Quality Enhancement and Training Development. She has been instrumental in representing Ardmore across the state and in the greater disability community.
Prior to coming to Ardmore, Tasha has been responsible for developing the music therapy program at a state mental health institution in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; served as a Program Manager for a state-funded non-profit agency in New York; and worked in Fairfax County, Virginia for a nonprofit service provider.
Tasha earned a master’s degree in Community Services Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Therapy.
